Red Mutex
ABOUT RED MUTEX

We're operators. We build the things we wish someone had built for us.

Our story

Red Mutex started because the founding team kept hitting the same wall at every previous company: the tools they needed either didn't exist, or existed but were operated by vendors who couldn't be reached when something went wrong.

So we built our own. Then other operators asked to use them. That's how Dingdong.tel, ShootInvoice, EyeDSafe, Payments Central, PCPS, and RiteCloud became products instead of internal tools.

We are a group company. Payments Central is our fintech subsidiary. RiteCloud is our infrastructure department. The other products are operated directly by Red Mutex. The shared rule across all of them: a real human responds when something is wrong.

Mission

To make it cheaper, faster, and less risky for ambitious operators to ship the systems their businesses depend on.

What we believe

Operators-first.We don't sell to procurement; we sell to the person who has to make it work on Monday morning.
Boring infrastructure is a feature.Reliability is more interesting than novelty.
Pricing should be visible. If it isn't on the site, the buyer is going to assume it's expensive — and they'll be right.
Support is engineering. The person on the phone should be able to fix the problem.
Ship and stay.We don't do "throw it over the wall" engagements.

Group structure

Team

Founding leadership. The full leadership grid (with headshots and bios) ships once design lands.

Careers

We hire when we have a real role for the person we're hiring. If you've shipped systems we'd recognize, mail us at careers@redmutex.com — even if there's no listed opening.
